Verssion 2.2.0 Released

Version 2.20 has been released!

New Features:
- New Mixer Map "E", features randomized fixed path levels
- Added French, Japanese, and German languages
- Final score window is displayed longer

Bug Fixes:
- Progress save avoids overwriting backup file if progress is lost or reset
- Text formatting fixes for smaller displays

Verssion 2.1.0 Released

- Fixed survivor mode bug, introduced in 2.0.9, where survivor mode was no longer a challenge
- Fixed progress save corruption that can happen in rare cases on certain devices.
- Bumped up maximum allowed health before a corrupt save is suspected.
